Irvington resident arrested for breaking in churches and stealing instruments to support his Loosie habit. The man was apprehended today with tips from his "SNAPCHAT". Irvington police raided his cardboard apartment and found him naked playing drums with 2 cigarettes in his mouth. He was also on the run for stealing chips and quarter juices from the "poppie store"
