Authorities were called to a home in Warren Saturday night around 11:30pm. An elderly man was woken out of his sleep by a loud noise outside his home, when he looked out his kitchen window is when he spotted the 6ft tall man pooping in his trash can. He yelled and startled the young man whom then proceeded to take off running, but only got to the fence before he fell with his pants around his ankles. The man was able to get away before the cops arrived, but the homeowner believes he has seen the man before and thinks he lives in the neighborhood. Authorities would like everyone to Be on the look out and lock up your trashcans.
