Michelle Hernandez 22 is being held on charges of Rape and Aggravated Stalking authories were called to a residence on Chikasaw on 10/29 at 11:49 p.m the victim Will Rodriguez Said Hernandez had been watching his house for hours and then broke in and engaged in forced sexual acts with no consent from him the suspect then fled the scene and was caught on Lake Underhill and Chikasaw she is now being charged with two counts one on Aggravated Stalking the other on Rape.
