Jennifer McClelland (17) of IRVINE has pled guilty to simaltaneusly flashing her arse cheeks at children below the age of 10 in a public park. She is also accused of verbally assaulting officers who arrived on seen by barking at them and calling them "Wank the dogs". She was handcuffed and escorted to an officers car before taking a shite in the backseat. It's believed she was under the influence of opium, heroine, hasheesh and other narcotics at the time.
