Trey Elks, 22, of Washington, North Carolina hit it big by winning the Power Ball Lottery. Elks chose to take the lump sum of $223,000,000. In a brief interview with Elks, he claims that nothing will change in his life. "I will still be the same person you've always known."- The Washington Daily News reports.
