Mr David murphy with an address in Ballyteague Co Kildare was arrested last nite after being caught having sexual intercourse with a dog . At Naas district court today Mr murphy was asked why he would do such a horrible thing to an animal his reply was small dog , 12 , rape after his reply the jury questioned the young man mental health ,After a mental health accessment he will be charged later this week , The small dog that was involved is said to be in a stable condition but is walkin a bit funny .
