A killarney man named Anthony O' Leary has been arrested for exposing himself to the local swans and ducks and even the odd crow or 2 outside Ross castle ,one tourist described his behaviour as wreckless and a local jarvey said that there was no need for that sort of thing around the place ,there will be more to follow .
