On Wednesday December.14,2016 28 year old Jhayla Carter was picked up by officers claiming she was running down the street and rolling through snow naked screaming"I need my Chicago chips" while scratching. She also had a crazed look in her eye telling the officer he smelled like vitners tangy triple cheese chips before biting him. She is now being held in custody for disturbing the peace and assault. She is scheduled to appear in court monday. Her husband Jovan Carter stated ,"she was fine this morning, came outside and just snapped" . We will pray for jhayla
