It's been reported this man has been spotted around Knott and Floyd counties with indecent exposure. If you spot this man you are to contact local authorities and try to keep from laughing and give them details. He was spotted by three ladies other day and they said he has it tattooed on his back the letters "TINY" from what ladies saying it fits his description well based on what he's not covering up. So please contact law enforcement and try not to laugh and let them know where his whereabouts are so this can be stopped.
