Johnson County middle school principal Mr. Hall walked in as 13 year old Timothy Fairchild was videotaping two class mates as they got undressed for gym class. The two females said Timothy gave them him snack money as payment. JCMS is working with the Johnson county Sheriff office and school attorneys in this investigation.
