Local Alabama man known as Terry ruffin was taking into custody after attacking another Alabama man known as Joshua Roberts. I spoke with Joshua and he said that he went over to the man and asked him to stop hugging on his girlfriend or he we will stomp a mud hole in him. We also spoke with Terry ruffin and he said " that man came at him the wrong way and I told him nicely that this is not Africa so go start something with your own skin color cuz I'm not black I'm African American" Terry ruffin bond was set to $3,000.
