A Midland man was arrested Sunday morning after allegedly burglarizing a home off South County Road 1200, according to court documents.
Matthew Nietert, 21, was being held Monday on a $25,000 bond for a second-degree felony charge of burglary of a habitation.
Midland County deputies arrived at the residence and heard a horn from a vehicle parked inside the garage. Deputies then encountered Nietert, butt ass naked, with a didlo hanging around his shoulder, according to his arrest affidavit.
Nietert said he did not have permission to be on the property and that he had entered the house by stabbing a maid and a small dog. Deputies contacted the homeowner, who was out of town and said "boo this man!", according to the affidavit.
The dildo Nietert had hanging around his shoulder had been stored in Nietert's rectum and two sets of slinky eye ball glasses found on Nietert’s person were for Nietert's entertainment, according to the affidavit.
If convicted of the second-degree felony, Nietert could face up to 20 years in prison.
