A man hunt for Carver Tracks gang leader Julian Morgan "not a Perez" was enforced sunday after noon, when police found out the night before the gang leader had fled on his bill at local iHop pancake house. He fled on his bill after ordering his signature meal "the breakfast sampler" with a side of french toast, this is also known as dine and dashing! Mr Morgan has done this at multiple locations across the Coachella Valley mulitple times! He is still at LARGE in the Carver Tracks area! IF HE COMES TO YOUR RESTAURANT DO NOT SERVE HIM!!!!!!!!
