Everyone dreams of one day landing a state record catfish, well today just happened to be the day for a lucky Indiana angler. The man who asked not to be identified at this time was fishing the Wabash river near New Harmony when he hooked the fish. After a 40 minute battle he landed the large catfish by himself. The blue catfish ended up weighing in at 108 pounds. That is 4 pounds heavier then the previous record. The massive fish was measured weighed and released.
