A Lake Monticello Resident dressed up in a hairy black Bigfoot costume and waited by the river for the routine safety patrol of two Virginia Dept of Game and Inland Fisheries employees to go by in their boat on the James river Thursday July 6th. She is currently being held in the Old Stone Jail in Palmyra, VA awaiting a bond hearing.
