A local Kansas woman, Lisa Ann, said she never plays the lottery but decided to spend her last $5 on a scratch off. She won. She won big, $550,000 big!
When asked what she plans on doing with all that money she stated, "well, after the government takes its cut, there won't be much left. I suppose I could take my husband out to McDonald's for a buy one get one free. I'll buy his."
