Do to the current increase in pay and benefits from our competitors .Blackhawk Mining realised that to keep our highly skilled operators we had to do something ,so that being said I'm pleased to announce that we will now be buying uniforms for all of out employees ,increasing our insurance to 100 for medical ,dental,and vision without a deductible.We will also be increasing our paid vacation time to three full weeks and five paid personal days every year .and for our hourly employees pay rates listed below.
