Mr. W. K. Brown is suing Marvel since he believes they stole his idea for an original script based on certain events that took place in his life prior to the release of a popular movie. While ironing his pants, Mr. W. K. Brown slipped and fell to the floor. On the way to the floor, as if in slow motion, he reached out to grab something to help break his fall, but he accidentally hit the ironing board, which made the iron resting on the board, fly up into the air and thus landing on the side of his face. His friends started calling him Iron Man. Soon after this incident, the movie Iron Man was released.
