The USW representative Eddie Nieves former 80 Hot Mill Operator, said "Today was a great victory for us and we can not wait to take over the plant and run it the way it should be run. Say goodbye to 12-hour shifts and say hello to 8 hour days.
Vacations will be extended and forced overtime did away with.
Eddie Nieves was promoted to Plant Manager and Eric Montgomery to Operations Manager.
Coming out of retirement is Bob Keller. as Rolling Mill Manager.
