In spite of repeated warnings, a little boy's face froze in a state of permanent temper tantrum face. His mother, Mandi Anderson, said, "I kept telling him if he didn't quit it would happen, but I never really thought it was true!" His father and sister, however, said they knew it would happen because they saw it on the Channel 13 website through a shared story on Facebook. The child is currently undergoing therapy to try and unfreeze it, but experts are not hopeful.
