Floyd County police arrested a teen girl for running down Dean Street without any clothes on. Hannah Graves, age 18 of Rome, was seen by Officer Mark Costlow on Saturday night in front of the Pick O Deli cafeteria. When she she was asked why she was naked, Ms. Graves replied "I just wanted to let my skin breathe". She is currently being held on a $1,000 bond.
