Spotted late last night in Tallapoosa Georgia buying lottery tickets mayor Bill Baker explained that he held the future in his hands. Holding the last $88 the city had in the accounts he said it came to him in a dream that buying Powerball tickets for the $350 million drawing was our best chance at a future. "We can't quit spending. Citizens are asking for paperwork. They're about to storm City Hall with pitchforks. I have a legacy to protect."
Asked what he would do if the tickets weren't winners : " McDonald's and winter are coming "
