Unnamed sources stated they had reached out to CRF with an offer of one billion dollars for the land known as Fagans Park. Negotiations are at a current standstill once the offer of $1 a year for a billion years was turned down.
City plans for the park were an additional second Jack's restaurant for city employees only. City employees took their concerns to the council after citizens were getting angry that they were taking a 2 hour break each morning from 8 AM until 10 AM at Jack's.
