President Donald Trump has officially announced that smoking Marijuana in the state of Florida is now legal for both medical and recreational use.
There will be several restrictions and laws that will be in place later this year 2017.
You will not be prohibited to smoke by any hospitals, schools, or at family-orientated events.
Selling Marijuana is NOT allowed.
Anyone caught selling Marijuana will be subject to a $1,000 fine and a maximum penalty of 5 years in prison depending on the sold amount.
