During an afternoon stroll along Shelby Springs Road a couple noticed red balloons tied alongside the road. Many were on mailboxes and throughout drainage pipes along the rail road crossings. After further investigation we did stumble upon something horrible in a drainage pipe off of Holcombe Lane. Please be aware of the evil there and do not go near at night or during the early morning hours.
