(El Monte) Early Sunday morning at approximately 5 a.m. at the McDonalds on Valley in El Monte a employee of the facility heard a nose coming from the restroom. When she opened the door slowly a large naked man was laying on the floor crying.
The McDonald's worker called the El Monte Police Department who came in and took the man who was later identified as Jose Carlisle Alcantra for indecent exposure.
