At Approximately 11:30 last night Jovely Diaz stoped at a local corner store on main and Nelson st. Witnesses say he stoped to talk to an old friend when a black SUV came to a stop and opened fire at the corner store hitting 19 year old Jovely Diaz in his back more then once Police says he was rushed to the hospital by the owner of the corner store he was standing outside of.
