15 year old Bolivar student accused of raping small town child. According to the police report he was caught in the child's room right after pumping the child full of his skeet. The mother said “I couldn’t believe my eyes, I couldn’t move all... all I could do was stare at his large body smothering my baby boy”. Luckily for the student he was released with a warning and a small fine of $65.
