A 17-year-old boy has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a Teen on Tuesday, police said.

Russell Morgan , also refer to as members of his own gang as “LAWetEmUp” 17 year old teen, was nabbed Tuesday for allegedly shooting 19-year-old Malcolm Jenkins about 6:17 p.m. May 15 in front of 1408 New York Ave , Flatbush Gardens, police said.
After suffering 5 gunshots to his head, chest and neck from a 9mm caliber handgun, Jenkins who also has gang ties to the 7-4 Folk Nation Gang, limped into the building and collapsed on the second-floor landing, where he died.

Morgan 17, attends Midwood High School. Police said Morgan has gang affiliations to the notorious 5-9 Brim Blood Gang which has a going on fued with the 7-4 Folk Nation according to witnesses. Morgan was charged with murder and possession of Marijuana.
