A dumpster, at Northwest State Community College, blew up late Saturday night. When authorities arrived, the ground was covered in a bubbly brown substance. After further investigation, it is believed that a cow wandered into the dumpster, lost consciousness and suffered from spontaneous combustion. Hazmat crews were called in to clean up the mess, & classes resumed on Monday.
