Amelia, sadly passed away a short whileater despite the best efforts of her friends and medical responders.
The 45-year-old man arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder was assessed by specialist medical staff and detained under the Mental Health Act.
He was not known to the girl’s family and remains in a highly secure facility
