Jimmy Carter, the 39th president of the United States, has died in his home state of Georgia at 96 years old. He passed away on January 10 2021. He died a few days after his wife, Rosalynn Carter. His funeral was held the next day. President Biden, Vice President Harris, and former presidents and vice presidents Trump, Obama, Bush, Clinton, Pence, Cheney, Al-Gore, and Mondale attended the funeral. The day after, his casket left Washington to lay in the Carter Presidential Library and Museum.
