Around 10 pm, Wednesday Oct 26th 2016, Cleveland police were dispatched to a cleveland home where they found this short sexy muther f***** screaming obsceneties from his roof completely nekkid. Police handcuffed the man and took him in. He was later released on a $2.5 million bond paid in nothing but pennies just to piss the cops. No drugs were found in his system. When asked why he did this his reply was shocking.
