Westland Police Department with the help of Officer Pellow has stopping Mark McGuire who goes by the street name (Dark Mark). Mr Mcguire was charged with several counts of pepping into men's changing rooms and taking pictures of men who are changing.
Mark McGuire is currently sitting in Wayne county jail awaiting his Pretrial on December 4th 2016.
