Robert Charles Henry Junior has been changed with the following offence. Annoying his family in the first degree. According to witnesses Mr. Henry was sitting on this usual spot the couch (which is where his behind is always parked from sunrise until sunset.) when someone in the household tired of hearing about the election and listening to him bitch about Donald Trump (which Mr. Henry has been continuously been watching, from sunrise until sunset) was fed up and tried to take the television remote away from Mr Henry. According to witnesses Mr. Henry threw the remote. This is not Mr. Henry's first offense. Mr. Henry had been detained a few weeks back for,now this is a direct quote from Mr. Henry's daughter: " He spazzed out on my mother for not buying him comb."
Its hard to say what will happen come November the eighth. But had Mr. Henry payed any attention to the movie 'Stand By Me'. A film that his grandchildren adored growing up, he would've known you don't need a comb when you don't have any hair....
