Suspect lives in Cottentree. Roane county police department says they suspect it happened a couple weeks ago when Jeff came to get the rest of his belongings from his former girlfriend, Wanda. Wanda is the grandmother of the suspect. Jeff is said to have pulled a gun on the suspects father, the suspects name can not be mentioned because he/she is a minor.
