Doctors from Delaware County have recently confirmed the youngest case of ED ever recorded. Dean Delurio, a 19 year old teen from Aston, PA is the youngest person to ever be diagnosed with this disease. During an interview with Dean he claimed that his battle started in high school after he failed to get hard during numerous sexual encounters. Unfortunately for Dean the problem continued to worsen. He later said, "I've been beating off half chubbs for over two months now." The Delurio family has started a foundation in his name called "Flaccid Friends" to help raise money for victims of ED.
