Yesterday afternoon Jadeyn Jaggers was in the wrong place at the wrong time. As she was walking to target she took a new route, walking behind a bank near a dark ally. A bystander said as she was walking passed the bank door a man ran out with gun shots firing behind and she was shot before him. Paramedics were called immediately and she was rushed to the Iowa state medical hospital, pronounced dead at 4:42 p.m. Further investigation is being held.
