18 year old James Aho was arrested at 3:34 A.M. Wednesday morning for disturbing the peace. Local resident Jean Talbot called and complained that a black van with orange markings was driving around her block blaring music shaking her whole house. 2 other residents on the same block called in reporting the black van and police were dispatched to the scene.
