On Monday night in Rome, Ga a man by the name of Moe Ramsey was on Broad Street with some of his crew members doing gang related things like holding there hands up like they are aiming at someone making gun noises like boom,boom. Police had arrived on the sene to arrest Moe and one of his fellow crew members name Carlos. When they tried to arrest Moe Ramsey one officer said Moe wasn't going down with out a fight, Moe Ramsey had knocked out 3 officers and took off running, but he didn't get far his knee gave out on him and he fell to the ground. Now Moe Ramsey is facing 25 to life in the state prison.
