15 year old Brittney Houser and Teagan Mullen were caught selling marijuana on the corner of Smoketree. Lake Havasu Police arrived to the seen only to find Brittney and Teagan running. Brittney Houser didn't make it very far, she got about half way away from the police. Teagan Mullen was about half way gone compared to Brittney. Police were catching up to her, she then stopped to pet a puppy, the police then caught her and arrested her. She quote on quote said "I need the money, whats better that or dick sucking". Teagan quote on quote said "she's a dumb a** we would have gotten away if she didn't pet the damn dog"
