Tommy Riggin, age 21, born and and raised in Marianna Pa. Was caught smuggling 3 bottles of Blue Moon and a small bottle of Crown Royal in his anal cavity Wednesday night ( 10-26-16). When the police asked why he did it he said: "the best alcohol is free alcohol". And that it was a shitty situation that he got caught. He is currently facing charges and court date to be determined
