LAKE CHARLES: 24 year old Shakiyla Solomon who was recently Teacher of the Year at Washington Marion after her BFF Cary Chavis stuffed the ballots was arrested on felony assault. She choked the schools administrative assistant, Ashley Jackson for talking "smack." Solomon is being held on a $80,000 bomb. At last report Jackson is in ICU.
