Local teen Zachary Konecki (19) has died after being rushed into medical treatment for a severe seizure he had while in class this Thursday. Specialists say the seizure was thought to be triggered by a stomach ulcer Konecki had for many years previous. A ceremony will be held in Crystal Lake Public Church on November 10th to commemorate the life of Zachary Konecki/
