Police have reported a young man in his late 20's running around downtown carbondale known as the " stripper clown " when he sees someone walking down the street he runs up to them with a scary and goofy clown laugh, saying " you wanna play with my squirt gun " while he's stripping and air humping you! If you haven't run away by then, he'll then proceed to take his pants off and run after you naked shouting " PLEASE COME BACK AND LOVE ME " If you see this man call the local police department ! Get this man off the streets !!
