A paint sprayer from Rishton was caught sniffing women's bike seats in Blackburn town centre. Police were called to the incident and reprimanded the "sniffing sprayer". Blackburn police refused to comment but Mr Evans a knowledge that he "loves the smell of women's bum cheese" and is currently seeking help at his local "sniffers anonymous"
