Jeffrey Wayne Messemore of Brookport, IL was arrested Thursday night after he allegedly spent hours drinking water and urinating on the faces of innocent baby sheep. When asked why he would do such a thing, he responded by dancing and singing the childhood song Old McDonald. He is being detained until he can be institutionalized.
