October 26 Wednesday night around 10 police got a call that young male name Henry Jacobs by the name of Trey had stolen a fire arm, the owner tryed to put up a fight but a few witnesses said that Trey had the upper hand, he fired the handgun 4 times shooting the victim two times in the leg lower stomach and neck. Victim later died hour later at Rapids Hospital around 11:20pm.
