Police are searching for the whereabouts of Garry Wright who is believed to be a serious risks to all dogs, after being caught on CCTV in a compromising position with a Cocker spaniel, in a local dog park. He is believed to be heavily involved in beastiality and people have been warned to keep their dogs on leads at all times, till Mr Wright is in custody
