Mr Luke Haythornwhite, 21 from Burnley, Lancashire was given a 8 month jail sentence suspended for two years and banned for 24 months. He was charged with criminal damage and theft of a vehicle.
PC Staller said this would of been a very dangerous pursuit around the local streets of burnley but luckily for the local police Mr Haythornwhite stalled the car before he got off the driveway therefore it was an easy arrest for us.
Judge Driver added Mr Haythornwhite needs extensive help with his driving, the lad will never pass with out more lessons.
